Cherry Ripe Christmas Sour

This one is rich, fruity, a little chocolatey-from-the-coconut — and absolutely Christmas-worthy.
Inspired by the iconic Aussie Cherry Ripe, this cocktail is bold and festive without being heavy.

You’ll Need

  • 60ml dark rum
  • 45ml cherry juice
  • 20ml coconut syrup
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Egg white (optional for froth)
  • Ice

How to Make It

  1. Add all ingredients (except ice) to your shaker and dry shake for froth.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a cherry or shaved chocolate if you’re feeling extra.

Why It’s Perfect

It’s indulgent but refreshing — a Christmas miracle combination.
