Shipping Times

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Shipping Time: As our products are sourced from overseas, please allow 7–14 business days for your items to arrive in Australia once they have been shipped. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping provider's delivery schedule. 

Shipping Cost

Standard Shipping: $12.50 (Free for orders over $50)

Express Shipping: Not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order  

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date. Please note that tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after dispatch.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact our customer service team at support@taintedcork.com.au with your order number. We will investigate the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly. 

In the rare event that an item is lost in transit, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
