Coconut Mojito

A Coconut Mojito is a tropical, creamy twist on the classic mojito, combining rum, mint, lime, and coconut for a refreshing, beachy vibe.

Ingredients

  • 60ml White Rum
  • 30ml Coconut Cream (or coconut milk for a lighter version)
  • 20ml Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges
  • 6–8 Mint Leaves
  • Club soda
  • Ice
  • Mint sprig + lime wheel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle: In a glass, muddle the lime wedges and mint leaves with simple syrup.
  2. Add coconut & rum: Pour in the coconut cream and rum. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Ice & top: Fill the glass with ice, then top with club soda. Stir lightly.
  4. Garnish: Add a sprig of mint and a lime wheel for a tropical look.

✨ Tip: For an extra decadent touch, you can blend with ice to make a frozen coconut mojito — basically a tropical slushy!
