Ingredients
- 45ml elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)
- 90ml prosecco (or another dry sparkling wine)
- 30-60ml soda water (to taste)
- Fresh mint leaves
- Lime wheel or wedge, for garnish
- Ice
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Add elderflower liqueur.
- Top with prosecco, then soda water.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Clap a few mint leaves between your hands to release aroma, then drop them in.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and extra mint sprig.
