Hugo Spritz

The Hugo Spritz is a light, floral Northern Italian cocktail — perfect for warm weather. It’s bubbly, refreshing, and lower in alcohol than many spritzes.

Ingredients

  • 45ml elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)
  • 90ml prosecco (or another dry sparkling wine)
  • 30-60ml soda water (to taste)
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Lime wheel or wedge, for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Add elderflower liqueur.
  3. Top with prosecco, then soda water.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Clap a few mint leaves between your hands to release aroma, then drop them in.
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel and extra mint sprig.
