Royal Velvet Martini

A bold, colourful cocktail that’s smooth yet dramatic.

Ingredients (1 serve):

  • 45ml gin (or vodka if preferred)
  • 20ml crème de violette (purple liqueur)
  • 15ml triple sec (or Cointreau)
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • Ice
  • Garnish: lemon twist or edible flower

Method:

  1. Add gin, crème de violette, triple sec, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well until chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist or edible flower for extra flair.
