- 60ml blanco tequila

- 2–3 slices of jalapeño (or serrano for extra heat)
- Sparkling water (if using fresh grapefruit juice)
- Salt + chili powder mix (for rim, optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the glass: Rim a highball glass with lime juice, then dip in salt + chili powder mix. Fill with ice.
- Muddle the heat: In a shaker, muddle jalapeño slices with lime juice.
